Modify my order

If you wish to modify your order, we invite you to quickly write to us at support@trone-paris.com.

The order has not yet been shipped.

If the items have not yet been shipped at the time of your request, it will be possible to modify your order. We will then proceed with the modification of it.

"Please note that depending on the models and/or colors, prices may vary and the initially planned delivery times may not necessarily be guaranteed."

"If the new rate is higher, shipping is subject to the payment of the difference. On the other hand, if the new rate is lower, we will refund the difference within a delivery time of 14 working days."

If your order is already in the process of being shipped when you contact us, we will no longer have the ability to modify your order. You will need to accept the delivery and then proceed with a return request, following the cancellation and return conditions of an order.

You then have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of the product to make your return request. The costs and organization of the return are at your expense, and a modification fee of €100 will be applied.

We then need a delivery time of 14 working days from the receipt of your item in our warehouses to proceed with the verification of the condition of the returned items.

If the items have not yet been shipped at the time of your request, it will be possible to cancel your order. A cancellation fee of €100 will then be applied.

You have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of the product to make your cancellation and return request. The costs and organization of the return are your responsibility, and a cancellation fee of €200 will be applied.

You will then be refunded within a delivery time of 14 working days from the receipt of your item in our warehouses and the verification of the condition of the returned items.

If you are a professional

The cancellation conditions mentioned above do not apply if you are a professional. Therefore, it will be impossible for you to cancel your order, whether you ordered on our website or from our sales team.

How long are our products guaranteed?

All of our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

Please note that if a problem occurs with your products due to misuse and/or non-compliance with the recommendations provided by Trone, the warranty will no longer be applicable.

Deliveries & Returns

In which countries do we deliver?

We deliver all over France and Europe (except Norway); with the exception of our toilets Icone, which we deliver only in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Track my delivery

The delivery of our products takes place within 2 to 6 weeks after you have placed your order.

You will be contacted by our logistics team to inform you that your order will be shipped within 5 business days. You will then be able to postpone the shipping date if needed.

Your order will then be entrusted to one of our carriers (DB Schenker or DPD), who will contact you within 3 working days (by e-mail and/or by SMS) to agree on the delivery day that suits you best.

Following this, you will receive the appointment confirmation as well as the tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.

Possible delivery days and times

Our carrier DB Schenker delivers from Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, our carrier DPD delivers from Monday to Saturday.

Depending on the products ordered, the carrier, and your city, it is sometimes possible to agree on a time slot for your delivery. However, this is not always the case.

The received products are damaged and/or broken.

When you receive your order, it is essential to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery receipt.

If you find that one of the delivered products is damaged and/or broken, refuse the delivery and write "damaged product" or "broken product" on the delivery receipt. Then write to us at support@trone-paris.com within a maximum of 48 hours following the receipt of your order by sharing with us photos of the relevant products and the delivery acknowledgment with comments.

If you do not have time to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery receipt, please note "inspection impossible, potential damage, reserves issued" on the delivery receipt.

If you sign your delivery receipt without inspecting your product and one of them is damaged and/or broken, we will not be able to open a dispute with our carrier.

"If you sign this delivery receipt, it means that you certify that the delivered products are compliant and in good condition."

Modify my order after receipt

If you wish to modify your order after receiving it, you have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of the product to make your return request by writing to us at support@trone-paris.com. The costs and organization of the return are at your expense, and a modification fee of €100 will be applied.

We then need a delivery time of 14 working days from the receipt of your item in our warehouses to proceed with the verification of the condition of the returned items. If they are all compliant, we will then get back to you to arrange the delivery of the desired new products as soon as possible. The shipping costs for this new shipment will be charged to you.

A received product has a defect.

If you notice a defect once the product is unpacked, please write to us within a maximum delivery time of 2 days at support@trone-paris.com sharing photos of the noticed defect(s).

We will then find the most satisfactory solution for you: the replacement or repair of the product, or the free reshipment of a new compliant product.

In the case of exchanging a defective item, no additional cost will of course be charged to you.

Icone

For the maintenance and cleaning of the toilet seat, lid, metal parts, and tank, we recommend using a non-abrasive sponge as well as the following neutral pH products: glass cleaner, household alcohol, or black soap.

Attention, it is imperative not to use the following products: white vinegar, household acids, bleach, hydrochloric acid, and ammonia.

"For the maintenance and cleaning of the ceramic bowl, we recommend using the cleaning products typically used for toilets."

Callipyge

Icone

Is there a seat on the toilets Icone?

The seat, which is the element that allows the bowl to be closed, serves to prevent any potential water splashes that may occur when flushing. At Trone, we have meticulously worked on fluid dynamics to prevent these splashes. Contrary to popular belief, the seat does not serve to block odors at all, so that is not an argument. Finally, for aesthetic reasons, since the seat remains in the raised position most of the time, it would spoil the aesthetics of the water tank.

Why is the tank of the toilets Icone transparent?

The main reason is to raise awareness among everyone about our daily water consumption.

"To then try to limit it, thanks to our water tank equipped with our patented technology, allowing for the precise injection of the necessary volume of water for each pass."

Is the water tank of the toilets Icone solid and durable?

Yes! The water tank of Icone is made of acrylic glass, much more resistant than regular glass. In case of vandalism, the water tank will break, but the water will be cut off and will prevent any damage.

Can traces of limestone appear over time inside the tank of the toilets Icone?

Limescale only deposits at the level of the meniscus, which is the surface part that is in contact with the air (i.e. the water level line when the tank is full). Unlike the tank of a coffee machine - for example - where water stagnates in different places, the water in our tank only stagnates at a single level, the meniscus. Icone has been designed so that the meniscus is hidden by the upper cap. Therefore, no limescale deposits will be visible!

Why is an electrical connection necessary to install the toilets Icone?

In order to achieve the most aesthetic and streamlined design possible, we decided to use a solenoid valve for our flushing system, like many other toilets. And as its name suggests, this solenoid valve needs electricity to operate! Also, this allows us to prepare for the future… many innovations are being studied at Trone, the integration of which will require electricity!

Is the installation of the toilets Icone complicated?

No! We have worked to make the installation of the toilets Icone as easy as possible. We have worked hand in hand with several Meilleur Ouvrier de France to design a product that can be easily installed by any installer.

Is the toilets Icone bowl suspended?

No! The toilets Icone are floor-mounted toilets. Installing a wall-hung bowl requires the installation of a support frame, an expensive element that necessitates a reduction of about 15cm in the depth of the toilets cubicle (the partition must be moved forward to integrate this support frame behind the WC).

In order to facilitate the cleaning of the cabin in which the toilets Icone are installed, we opted for a geometrically very simple ergonomics and a wall-hugging bowl. The ceramic of the toilets Icone has no hard-to-reach corners, making cleaning around it easier!

Callipyge

Does Callipyge install like any other toilets?

Yes! Callipyge installs quickly and easily, just like any other toilets on the market. To do this, your plumber just needs to follow the usual process: install a support frame (which will be hidden behind a partition, integrating the water tank and supporting the toilets), mount the partition, and insert a flush-plate. Then, your plumber will just need to attach Callipyge to the two rods coming out of the partition. The connection dimensions (fixings, water supply, and drainage pipe) are identical to the existing standards on the market.

For the installation of your toilets Callipyge, we recommend that you strictly follow all the steps mentioned in the installation manual.

Can I replace my current toilets with Callipyge?

Yes! Callipyge can adapt to all the support frames on the market. The installation is quick and easy; you can call any plumber and ask them to remove your existing toilets and then reinstall our toilets Callipyge. This operation takes about 45 minutes.

Callipyge is it compatible with any support frame on the market?

Yes! Callipyge is compatible with any other support frame on the market, whether it is self-supporting, universal, wall-mounted, or low-height, as they all comply with the spacing (the distance between our two fixing points) necessary for the installation of our toilets Callipyge.

If you want to match your Callipyge with our flush-plate Kaoline, choose one of the SIGMA support frame models from the Geberit brand.

Is the support frame provided with Callipyge?

No, our toilets Callipyge are sold without a support frame and without a flush-plate (it can be purchased separately). Your plumber can choose any support frame on the market since our toilets Callipyge fit all market references.

However, if you want to match your Callipyge with our flush-plate Kaoline, choose one of the SIGMA support frame models from the Geberit brand.

Is there a Trone support frame?

No, as of today there is no Trone support frame. But many innovations are being studied here, to bring you wonderful surprises!

Until then, if you want to match your Callipyge with our flush-plate Kaoline, choose one of the SIGMA support frame models from the Geberit brand.

Is the flush-plate provided with Callipyge?

No, our toilets Callipyge are sold without flush-plate (and without support frame). To harmoniously pair the toilets Callipyge with the flush-plate Kaoline from Trone, it is necessary to purchase it separately and choose one of the SIGMA support frame models from the Geberit brand.

Is there a flush-plate Trone?

Yes! In order to harmoniously marry and ensure perfect coherence with the toilets Callipyge, Trone offers you the flush-plate Kaoline, which you can find here.

Attention, to install Kaoline, choose the SIGMA support frame models from the Geberit brand.

What volume of water do the toilets Callipyge consume?

The flushing performance of our toilets Callipyge is optimal for a water volume of 3L or 6L, in order to preserve our environment. We therefore recommend that you adjust your support frame accordingly. Most of those available on the market offer this type of adjustment.

What material are the seat and lid of the toilets Callipyge made from?

The toilet seats and lids of toilets are made of wood, for the thermal comfort it provides when sitting, and its durability over time.

Is the seat and the lid of Callipyge equipped with a drop brake?

Yes! The seat and the lid of Callipyge are equipped with a drop brake to ensure optimal safety and acoustic comfort.

Is Callipyge easy to clean?

Yes! The bowl of the toilets Callipyge is made of ceramic, a non-porous material that is extremely hygienic and ideal for very frequent use, with the cooking process carried out for 24 hours at temperatures reaching up to 1,270°, in order to provide the best possible strength. Additionally, our bowl is manufactured without a rim or "rimless" to avoid hidden areas where deposits and bacteria could form. Finally, its hinge is shaped from a single piece with as few gaps as possible to prevent impurities from slipping in.

Where are the toilets Callipyge made?

Our toilets Callipyge are made in local supply chain, in France and Italy, to support local production, preserve craftsmanship, and thus ensure you impeccable quality.

What material are the hinges of the toilets Callipyge made from?

Our hinges are made of stainless steel to withstand water, weather, and cleaning products.

Are the toilets Callipyge compliant with PRM standards?

Public-access spaces (ERP) require certain equipment related to the safety and autonomy of people with disabilities. Complying with the PRM standards (45 ≤ x ≤ 50cm in seat height), our toilets are therefore suitable for public-access spaces. For more details, please refer to the technical sheet of the toilets Callipyge.

Callipyge is it suitable for intensive use, such as in public access areas (ERP)?

Yes! Its ceramic, very frequently used in the design of bathroom equipment, provides strength, durability, thermal insulation, and ease of maintenance. Its 316L stainless steel hinges offer the best possible resistance to corrosion and adapt perfectly to humid environments, and thus to aggressive external factors. Finally, the thickness of its rim and seat (20 mm of wood) is designed to withstand the test of time, and its protective resin prevents shocks and thus does not alter the color of our components.

Kaoline

Does Kaoline install easily?

Yes! Kaoline installs quickly and easily like any other flush-plate on the market. Once the support frame is installed (preferably a Sigma model from the Geberit brand), the partition mounted, Kaoline installs very easily. Don't hesitate to download the documentation, higher up on the page, if you have any questions.

Does Kaoline adapt to all support structures?

No, Kaoline is compatible with the best-selling support frames on the market, namely the SIGMA models from the Geberit brand. Kaoline is not compatible with other Geberit models, nor with support frames from other brands.

Can I replace my flush-plate with Kaoline?

It depends on the support frame that your installer placed behind the partition. If it’s a SIGMA model from the Geberit brand, you can very easily change your current plate and replace it with Kaoline. Just ask your installer to do it, or do it yourself (download our documentation higher up on the page or write to us at contact@trone-paris.com, and we will send you the explanatory video).

On the other hand, if your installer has installed a different model of support frame, from this brand or another, you will not be able to replace your plate with Kaoline.

Is the support frame provided with Kaoline?

No, Kaoline is sold without a support frame. Your installer can install any Sigma support frame from the Geberit brand to be able to fix Kaoline to the wall.

What volume of water is triggered when pressing Kaoline?

It depends on the support frame that is installed behind the partition, and not on the model of flush-plate!

The hunting performance of our suspended model Callipyge combined with Kaoline is optimal for a water volume of 3L or 6L, in order to preserve our environment.

Is Kaoline easy to maintain and clean?

Very simple! First of all, because Kaoline is made of ceramic, a non-porous and extremely hygienic material. Then, because we chose to remove all the unnecessary frame of a traditional plate to keep only two buttons.

Where are the Kaoline control panels produced?

Our control panels are made in local supply chain, between France and Italy, in order to support local production, preserve know-how, and thus ensure you impeccable quality.

Orbe

Is a mixer tap provided with Orbe?

When you purchase a hand basin and/or a basin Orbe, neither the mixer tap nor the siphon are included.

Is there a compatible mixer tap Trone with Orbe?

Yes, and there is not just one! For the basin Orbe, you have a choice of 4 models:

For the hand basin Orbe, however, only the model Mage - Hand basin mixer tap is compatible.

What type of mixer tap to use with the hand basin Orbe?

With the hand basin Orbe, it is advisable to use a mixer tap compatible with a 35 mm tap hole.

For optimal use, it is important that:
- The distance between the axis of the tap hole of the hand basin Orbe and the end of the spout of the mixer tap should be between 90 and 125 mm.
- The distance between the center of the hand basin Orbe and the end of the spout of the mixer tap should be between 110 and 200 mm.

Attention: these recommendations do not apply to the basin Orbe, for which there are no prerequisites regarding the mixer tap since there is no tap hole. You can therefore use the mixer tap of your choice; we invite you to consult your installer to adapt your installation according to the chosen mixer tap.

What type of siphon to use with Orbe?

With our basin and our hand basin Orbe, it is advisable to use a siphon with a G 1"1/4 thread.

For your information, this model of siphon is the market standard, the one that is found in most installations.

For perfect harmony, we also offer our own siphon Encelade, specially designed to match Orbe.

Is Orbe compliant with PRM standards?

The hand basin Orbe indeed complies with PRM standards, provided that an siphon is used.

The basin Orbe is not compatible with PRM standards.

Is the valve shown in our visuals provided with Orbe?

Indeed, the valve visible in all our visuals is provided with Orbe, whether it is with the hand basin or the basin.

Please note that the valve of Orbe is free-flowing.

Is it possible to order a valve as a spare part?

If you wish to order a valve alone (spare part) after purchasing a vase or a hand basin Orbe, this is entirely possible.

Are the colors of Orbe the same as the colors of our toilets?

Absolutely yes! Orbe exists in the 8 same colors as our toilets (and all our products) to allow you to have perfect coherence in your bathroom and/or in your toilets.

What material is Orbe made of?

The hand basin and the basin Orbe are entirely made of ceramic.

Is Orbe easy to maintain and clean?

Orbe is very easy to maintain and clean because these products are made of ceramic, which is a non-porous and extremely hygienic material.

If the hand basin Orbe is installed suspended, what type of screws should be used?

The type of screw to use for hanging the hand basin Orbe varies depending on the material of your wall.

To avoid any disappointment, we invite you to ask your installer and to follow their recommendations.

How does Orbe install? Is the installation complicated?

No, the installation of our basin and our hand basin Orbe is not complicated; it is standard. Indeed, Orbe products are installed like any other hand basin or basin available on the market.

Is the wall mounting kit included with the hand basin Orbe?

Yes, the wall mounting kit (Fischer FIS 00501036) is provided with Orbe; you will find it in the package that will be delivered to your home.

Can we order the hand basin Orbe without a tap hole?

No, this option is not possible.

Can we install a wall-mounted mixer tap with the hand basin Orbe?

No, it is not possible because our hand basin Orbe does not exist without a tap hole.

Is the faucet hole of the hand basin Orbe still on the right?

Yes, the plumbing hole of the hand basin Orbe is systematically located on the right. No other option is possible.

Can the basin Orbe be suspended?

No, the basin Orbe exists only in a "countertop" version.

What is the distance between the faucet hole and the center of the hand basin Orbe?

The distance between the faucet hole and the center of the hand basin Orbe is 12.75 cm.

Rituel

Is a mixer tap provided with Rituel?

No, neither the mixer tap nor the siphon are provided when you purchase a hand basin and/or a basin Rituel.

Is there a compatible mixer tap Trone with Rituel?

Yes, and there is not just one! For the basin Rituel, you have a choice of 4 models:

For the hand basin Rituel, however, only the Arc - Hand basin mixer tap version is compatible.

What type of mixer tap to use with the hand basin Rituel?

With the hand basin Rituel, it is advisable to use a mixer tap compatible with a 35 mm tap hole.

For optimal use, it is important that:
- The distance between the axis of the tap hole of the hand basin Rituel and the end of the spout of the mixer tap should be between 100 and 200 mm.
- The height between the valve of the hand basin Rituel and the end of the spout of the mixer tap should be between 110 and 200 mm.

If the hand basin Rituel is installed suspended, what type of screws to use?

The type of screw to use for hanging the hand basin Rituel varies depending on your wall.

To avoid any disappointment, we invite you to ask your installer and to follow their recommendations.

Our mixer taps are optimized for a recommended flow rate of 6 L/min. In case of low pressure, their performance may be affected. We therefore recommend checking that the pressure of your installation is sufficient for optimal operation.

How to replace the tap aerator or the cartridge of the mixer tap?

We recommend consulting a professional to carry out this type of manipulation.

  • Replacement of the tap aerator: unscrew the tip of the mixer tap, remove the old tap aerator and replace it with a new one, then screw the tip back on.
  • Cartridge replacement: turn off the water supply, remove the handle of the mixer tap to access the cartridge, take it out and install the new one following the installation manual.
