How it works:
• You will receive a shipping notification one week before dispatch, with the option to postpone the delivery date.
• Our carrier will contact you within three working days to arrange a delivery appointment.
• You will then be sent a tracking link to track your order.

• Returns:
If your round countertop basin arrives with any defect, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Full return terms are available in our FAQ.

Installation
Our toilet brush can be fixed to the wall, placed on the floor, or on a piece of furniture. On the wall, its installation is standard. Our detailed installation manual will make it even simpler.

Maintenance
To preserve the shine of the ceramic, use only a neutral pH product (such as glass cleaner, black soap, household alcohol) with a non-abrasive sponge and absolutely avoid hydrochloric acid, ammonia, white vinegar, bleach, and any household acid.
