For delivery of one unit in the UK, the delivery charge is 95 £.
Delivery charges then vary according to the quantity and total weight of the order. They are automatically calculated and displayed on the payment page when you confirm your order.

• How does it work?
One week in advance, you will be notified that shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the opportunity to postpone the shipping date if necessary.
Your order will then be entrusted to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 working days (by e-mail and/or SMS) to arrange a delivery date and time.
Following this, you will receive confirmation of the appointment as well as the tracking link enabling you to follow the delivery of your order.

If any of the products you receive are faulty, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return them.

Installing our wall hung toilets is straightforward – just like any standard toilet.
Our detailed installation manual makes it even easier, ensuring a smooth experience for your plumber.
Maintenance is equally simple: all conventional cleaning products are suitable for the rimless ceramic bowl.
For the seat, lid, and metal components, we recommend using pH-neutral cleaning products like glass cleaner or household alcohol.
