Are Trone design siphons compatible with all basins?
Our Encelade design siphons are compatible with the vast majority of basins and hand basins on the market, provided a few technical points are checked. Our siphons are notably compatible with the Orbe and Rituel hand basins and basins.
The Encelade siphon is installed on basins and hand basins whose valve has a standard G 1"1/4 connection. It is suitable when the wall drainage is located less than 330 mm away. This configuration covers most common installations.
The space-saving siphon is designed for more constrained spaces. It is compatible with basins and hand basins with a round drainage of up to 53 mm in diameter, as well as a flat surface under the basin of at least 75 mm in diameter.
We recommend checking these dimensions before installation to ensure perfect compatibility.

How do you maintain a stainless steel design siphon?
To preserve the shine and durability of your siphon, adopt regular and gentle maintenance: prepare a water solution containing 10 to 15% white vinegar, apply it to the surfaces, let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. Finish by drying with a soft cloth to avoid any marks.
