• Fees:
For the delivery of one unit in France, the delivery fees are €18 including tax.
The delivery fees then vary according to the quantities and the total weight of the order.
They are automatically calculated and visible during the validation of your order on the payment page.

• Operation:
1 week before, you will be notified that the shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the possibility to postpone the shipping date if needed.
Your order will then be entrusted to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 working days (by e-mail and/or SMS) to arrange a day for delivery.
After that, you will receive the appointment confirmation as well as the tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.
• Returns:
If one of the products received has an anomaly, you have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Our bathroom bin can be fixed to the wall, placed on the floor, or on a piece of furniture. On the wall, its installation is standard. Our detailed installation manual will make it even simpler.
To preserve the shine of the ceramic, use only a neutral pH product (such as glass cleaner, black soap, household alcohol) with a non-abrasive sponge and absolutely avoid hydrochloric acid, ammonia, white vinegar, bleach, and any household acid.
