• How it works:
1 week before, you will be notified that the shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the option to postpone the shipping date if needed.

Your order will then be handed over to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 business days (by e-mail and/or by SMS) to arrange a day and time for the delivery.

Following this, you will receive the appointment confirmation as well as the tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.

• Returns:
If any of the received products has a defect, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

To preserve the shine and durability of your mixer tap, we recommend regular cleaning with a mild solution:

• Body of the mixer tap: use a solution made of 10 to 15% white vinegar or citric acid diluted in water. Apply to the surfaces, let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. Then dry with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.

• Tap aerator: to ensure a good flow and avoid blockages, clean it at least once a year. Disassemble it, soak it for 5 minutes in a mixture of water and vinegar (15 to 20%), rinse it thoroughly with clear water, and then reassemble it.

Avoid: do not use aggressive detergent products or abrasive sponges, as they may alter the finish of the mixer tap.
