Installation
Our toilet roll holder can be fixed to the wall, placed on the floor, or on a piece of furniture. On the wall, its installation is standard. Our detailed installation manual will make it even simpler.
Maintenance
To preserve the shine of the ceramic, use only a neutral pH product (such as glass cleaner, black soap, household alcohol) with a non-abrasive sponge and absolutely avoid hydrochloric acid, ammonia, white vinegar, bleach, and any household acid.

How is the Aura toilet paper holder installed?
Aura is very easy to set up: wall-mounted or free-standing (on a piece of furniture), depending on your arrangement.
However, we strongly recommend wall mounting, in a vertical position.
This ensures better daily stability and especially helps to avoid any risk of falling or breaking, as the piece is made of ceramic.
To fix your dispenser to the wall, installation takes 15 minutes, and the mounting kit is provided.
Two options are possible:
- Removable mounting: drill two holes, insert the plugs, screw in leaving a slight gap, then hang the ceramic base and place the magnetic cover.
- Fixed mounting (more secure): drill two holes (Ø6 and Ø8), fix the base with an inner screw, then close with the cover.

Do all toilet paper rolls fit in the Aura dispenser?
Yes. The Aura dispenser has been designed to hold all standard rolls on the market, including the most common large sizes.
Only jumbo-type rolls are not compatible.
If in doubt, we invite you to check the dimensions of Aura and compare them with those of the toilet paper you usually use.
How to change the toilet paper roll?
The ceramic lid is removable and held in place by a magnetic fastener.
Simply remove the lid, replace the roll, then put the lid back on: the magnet keeps it firmly in place.
