Delivery within 2 to 6 weeks (depending on the color).

• Costs :
For the delivery of one unit in France, the delivery charges are €100 including tax.
Delivery charges then vary according to the quantities and the total weight of the order.
They are automatically calculated and visible when you validate your order on the payment page.

• Functioning :
One week before, you will be notified that the shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the option to postpone the shipping date if needed.
Your order will then be handed over to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 business days (by e-mail and/or by SMS) to arrange a delivery day.
Following this, you will receive the appointment confirmation as well as the tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.
• Returns:
If one of the products received has an anomaly, you have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

Installing our toilets is as easy as it gets, for any plumber.
A detailed installation manual is supplied with your product. It is also available here.
Cleaning our toilets is just as simple.
For the rimless ceramic bowl, all standard cleaning products are suitable.
For the seat and metal parts, we recommend using neutral pH cleaning products, like glass cleaner, household alcohol, or black soap.

Thanks to our integrated technology built into our flush tank, it is now possible to choose the exact volume of water with each flush. This allows us to save approximately 30% of our daily toilet water consumption. With toilets accounting for about one third of a household’s water consumption, this saving is far from a luxury.

Our modern toilet seats are made from wood, for thermal comfort and resistance.

No limescale deposits tarnish the transparency of this tank. Limescale settles at the meniscus, the upper part of the water, which in this cas is hidden by the top cap. These caps are made of brushed aluminum and then anodized, making them resistant to water and time.
