Maintenance
To preserve the finish and performance of your hand basin mixer tap, we recommend regular care using a mild solution:
• Body of the mixer tap: use a solution made of 10 to 15% white vinegar or citric acid diluted in water. Apply to the surfaces, let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. Then dry with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.
• Tap aerator: to ensure a good flow and avoid blockages, clean it at least once a year. Disassemble it, soak it for 5 minutes in a mixture of water and vinegar (15 to 20%), rinse it thoroughly with clear water, and then reassemble it.
Avoid: do not use aggressive detergent products or abrasive sponges, as they may alter the finish of the mixer tap.

Our pillars
Innovation
Arc completes the design of Rituel. Its crisp angles echo the basin's organic contours, while its spout directs the water precisely towards the spherical waste. A considered combination of forms, where aesthetics and functionality come together.
Cast in Italy using bespoke moulds, Arc is then precision-machined to incorporate its internal water channels and cartridge. Controlled mechanical abrasion gives the tap its distinctive brushed finish, creating a fine, even grain while preserving the sharpness of its lines.
More than an aesthetic detail, Arc's brushed finish is designed with everyday use in mind. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion, while the brushed surface helps minimise fingerprints and makes water marks and limescale easier to remove. Designed to be repairable from the outset, the Arc hand basin mixer tap is built to last for years to come.

Thanks to its single lever, the Arc hand basin mixer tap allows intuitive adjustment: the flow is controlled by a vertical movement, while the temperature is adjusted sideways.
We naturally pair it with our hand basin Rituel, with which it was designed to interact perfectly.
In principle, it is compatible with many hand basins, provided the standard technical criteria (height, depth, and positioning) are met, to ensure optimal drainage.
To check compatibility with your installation, we recommend consulting our technical sheet, available here.
Yes, the installation is standard, as for a classic hand basin mixer tap.
To guide you, a detailed installation manual (step by step) is available in the Documentation section.
To preserve the shine and durability of your mixer tap, favor gentle and regular cleaning.
To avoid: harsh cleaning products and abrasive sponges, which can damage the finish.
