• Functioning :
1 week before, you will be notified that the shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the option to postpone the shipping date if needed.
Your order will then be entrusted to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 working days (by e-mail and/or by SMS) to arrange a day and time for the delivery.
Following this, you will receive the appointment confirmation as well as the tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.
• Returns:
If any of the received products has a defect, you have a delivery time of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

Installation & Maintenance
The installation of our siphons is standard.
Our installation manual will make it even easier.
To preserve the shine and durability of your siphon, we recommend regular cleaning with a mild solution:
• Use a solution made of 10 to 15% white vinegar or citric acid diluted in water.
• Apply to surfaces, leave on for 3 to 4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clear water.
• Then dry with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.
